Panchito Ramirez is a first-generation immigrant, Speaker, and Founder of Dreamer Soccer Clinic. Panchito is on a mission to impact the lives of immigrant youth by sharing his story and creating spaces like the Dreamer Soccer Clinic. Panchito is the most affirming, giving, selfless leader--(my heart and glass felt so full after this recording.) As we talked about the importance of creating community spaces, we decided this episode was going to be about having difficult conversations. We talk about critical consciousness, how to approach a difficult conversation, and when it’s time to walk away. As we enter the holiday season we KNOW things get a little tense. We got you. Enjoy!
