On this week's episode, I'm joined by someone you may not know that you already know. My guest is Liam Wildish, who shot to fame for being a decent bloke. At 21 years of age Liam had set up his own cleaning business and decided that as his customers were largely based in his community and as he was being supported by them he wanted to return the favour. So, armed with little more than some soapy water and a high powered brush, he began cleaning road signs that were too dirty to see, as he was going from one cleaning job to another. He picked up litter around the sign once he had cleaned it and was heading back to his van, which he later popped in the recycling. Small acts that had a massive impact on his community and on himself, leading to over 3m views of a short film made about his work and a spot on BBC's One Show. This young man is a shining example to leaders of the importance of community as success.
