Gloria Leipzig, co-chair of the Belmont Housing Trust, joined Roger Colton on the Community Conversation podcast this morning to talk about the need for affordable housing,and the proposed Housing Production Plan the adoption and implementation of which would create housing for Belmont's aging population and Belmont younger population, while protecting Belmont against "unfriendly" 40B developments.
