Hannah Slover is the Community Manager of Purpose Jobs, the Midwest's largest startup and tech community. At Purpose Jobs, Hannah is responsible for designing and managing their rapid-growth talent community, connecting top talent with purpose-driven companies based on values, experience, and culture contribution.

Prior to joining Purpose Jobs, Hannah served Ascend Indiana (where she joined as an Americorps VISTA member) as Manager of Campus Partnerships and Manager of Strategy and Operations. She kicked off her career in talent community-building with the Indiana State Fairgrounds and Event Center, where she hired over 1300 employees for the Indiana State Fair as an HR Intern.

A graduate of Hanover College, where she was heavily involved in the campus community, Hannah earned a BA in Geology with minors in Spanish and Communication. Outside of work, Hannah has been a volunteer and advisory board member for several organizations, primarily focused on education and career services.
