1 Chron 4:9-10 (NLT) There was a man named Jabez who was more honorable than any of his brothers. His mother named him Jabez because his birth had been so painful. He was the one who prayed to the God of Israel, "Oh, that you would bless me and expand my territory! Please be with me in all that I do, and keep me from all trouble and pain!" And God granted him his request.

Four Things God Loves to Say “Yes” To

1. Bless Me.

Oh, that you would bless me…

Gen 12:2 (NLT) I will make you into a great nation. I will bless you and make you famous, and you will be a blessing to others.

2. Expand My Territory.

4. Keep Me From Pain.

“Keep me from evil that I might not cause pain.”

Gen 6:5-6 (NLT) The Lord observed the extent of human wickedness on the earth, and he saw that everything they thought or imagined was consistently and totally evil. So the Lord was sorry he had ever made them and put them on the earth. It broke his heart.

Isa 43:1-3 (NLT) "Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. For I am the Lord, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior.
