It has become more popular and actual commonplace to see videos of horrendous acts with no one stepping in to stop them. We need more involvement and less spectatorship. Some people think we are in need of Drop Squads while others take the Mind Your Business stance. Interventions can and should be more than physical. We must RElearn the value of community involvement. Where do we draw the line when it comes to domestic disputes or senseless brutality against the homeless or elderly? What is your idea of community? What creates a sense of community and why is it important? When do private issues become our business? Should we be taking more ownership and responsibility for the actions of our people?
