In Mark 7:31-37, Jesus heals a deaf man with a speech impediment. His tongue is unbound for the first time and he speaks plainly. The community surrounding this man, as they witness the life-giving, wholeness-restoring power of God in Jesus, have their tongues released as well to “speak well” of Jesus. Listen as Fr.
