The weekly online magazine Input Fort Wayne is literally hitting the street this week with a new two-month series called "On the Ground Southeast." From August through September of this year, Input will be seeking Southeast Fort Wayne-based writers and photographers to produce weekly stories that generate conversations around assets, challenges and opportunities in their neighborhoods, as determined by the residents themselves. On the eve of this week's launch date, WBOI's Julia Meek sat down with its editors, Kara Hackett and Britney Breidenstein, to discuss the neighborhood being served and what this two month, community-led journalism project will look like.
