Kelly Walden of Kellogg Arena returns to Community Matters to talk about Cereal Fest attractions everyone knows and loves: The Friday parade and Saturday free breakfast.

She also lets us in on a few new reasons to attend the festivities - one of which as a little to do with Taylor Swift (sort of).
