Through Palesa Pads Pty Ltd which is a social enterprise, Sherie leads an initiative #KeepAGirlChildInSchool which is to combat the lack of sanitary towels accessible to young girls in and around South Africa. The Pads are produced and Manufactured in Germiston, East of Johannesburg by 10 black seamstresses and lockers
