The issues that really matter - listen to our hosts interview Deputy Chief of Police, Trevor Womack, of the Stockton, CA PD.  Trevor discusses the Department of Justice / Peace Officer funded study on Community Trust & Justice that Stockton was able to participate in.  The study focuses on procedural justice, racial reconciliation framework, and implicit bias to increase community trust.

Trevor is the second-in-command and responsible for two-thirds of the department's staff and budget, including the field operations division, special operations division, and investigations division - along with more than 30 specialty programs such as air support, canine, crisis intervention team, and the SWAT team.
