Troy Oviatt is a sergeant with the Fairfield Police Department. He’s in charge of youth programs and leads the group of police officers that serve our Fairfield-Suisun schools. Good speaker, funny guy, gets himself, and others, in trouble now and then. This episode typifies that idea.
