If you are currently working remotely and are loving it but are not sure your employer will give you this option once things return to normal, now may be the time to start looking for companies that will allow you to work remotely.
Or who knows, it will be interesting to see what happens at the end of the pandemic and your current employer will realize working from home is a viable option and surprise you with some more flexible options once you return. I bet IO psychologists are waiting to see what happens as research does show when employees have more flexibility in how they do their work, their productivity increases. We are in unprecedented and very interesting times that will forever change the world of work, so that is why we are here, to help you be ready.
