So we provide all these on-demand GFEs for our clients, but how do we create company culture when our practitioners are all across the U.S? This week I got the chance to sit down with Gina, one of our practitioners that has been with SpaKinect since the very beginning. Gina is not only one of the lovely faces you see behind the screen for approvals, but she also helps with creating a welcoming environment for our new practitioners so they are best prepared when they start seeing patients.
