In this episode, we discussed various solutions that large employers have used to leverage self-funded plans. We explored how employers have used something called "captives" to join a larger group of employers. We talked about the pros and cons of referenced-based pricing.  We also talked about how technologies have been developed to help with being proactive in preventing chronic diseases and decreasing the amount of claims.  Most excitingly, we talked about how leveraging an ICHRA strategy for large employers can solve all of these old alternatives.
