Comparing yourself to other people is dangerous and highly inaccurate. In today's short episode I talk about comparison and how it "ain't cute." 

There is a difference between comparing your life to someone else's and being inspired by someone.

Comparison ain't cute because the social media feed you're looking at is 5 minutes of their life and you will rarely see the messy bits.

"Instead of assuming other people are better than you, you can ask. Do I really believe any human is inherently better than another or am I just trying to make myself feel bad."
