Hello beautiful people!

Comparison is the thief of all joy. Teddy Roosevelt said that, not me. But it's true.
So, a little heads up, today the episode is a bit longer and all over the place. I'm all over the place tbh. I just didn't have enough time to prep this week and I kinda went on a full on rant today, so bear with me. Today, we talk about being compared to other people by people who mean a lot to us, when we first experienced comparison, comparing ourselves to the people around us (and possibly some potential benefit to it), and also comparison in regards to FoMO. We talk about the role of gratitude to ground us and make us feel secure in where we are and who we are.
