With the advent of social media it has becoming increasingly easier to be able to compare ourselves and our success to that of others (albeit a highly curated and "perfected" glimpse of their lives). This comparison has been shown to negatively impact many of us, with us actually feeling worse once we compare ourselves to what other have or their achievements.
Instead, we encourage you to become more introspective, and compare yourself only to previous versions of yourself. The aim being to becoming the best version of you possible. This is the model we use in both sports and emotional coaching, with a high success rate and more reported individual joy and sense of accomplishment.
