This is the train interior action from "No Children in Space", with two different methods for handling the background plates (what you see out the windows). At the top is the first method I used for the "New Years 2025" draft edit. I basically just fudged them by using a still test render, applying some blur and then shifting it in the appropriate direction for each shot.

The lower method is the current test, using the method I had always planned, which was to render video of the camera moving down the railroad track in the set. There are a couple of places, where I attempted to match the interior movement (where the camera is turning during the shot).

The match is still imperfect -- I might go another round with the backgrounds, to match the movement better.

In fact, the difference is not as great as I thought it might be, but I do think the rendered video backgrounds are a little better.
