Emma Seppälä is the Science Director of Stanford’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education. She is also Co-Director of the Yale College Emotional Intelligence Project at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. She is authored of the 2016 book The Happiness Track.
