Focus more on being rather than doing to absorb the healing of this month and this full moon.

As we step into summer (yesterday was the solstice, we have many invitations waiting for us)

To feel ready and able to meet those invitations with full trust, joy, and courage, we need to be soft and gentle to the wounded parts of us. To all parts of us.
