I have been a vegetarian for 30+ years of my life. Not until I moved to Minnesota did I meet individuals changing the perspective of being compassionate to animals through ethical food choices. I am joining by Kale Walch (owner of the Herbivorous Butcher) and Dani Engum (former lead singer of Cold Kingdom). Both are vegan and from different perspectives changing how, why and what we eat.
