In 2004, Jason Michael Handy was caught touching kids. He was convicted of the crime and spent 6 years in prison for doing it.

"Handy was sentenced to six years in prison in 2004 after pleading no contest to two felony counts, one of lewd acts on a child and one of distributing sexually explicit material by email, and to a misdemeanor charge related to child sexual exploitation. "

He is a human piece of garbage and Hollywood harbors criminals like this. How he passed through the system, how nobody witnessed what he was doing in that environment or even saw what was happening, is just weird. There are eyes everywhere. Someone had to know, it's not like it was a surprise. Now, it's easy to say that, a lot of these people hide what they are doing, because they have been doing it for a long time and know how to play the system. They are charismatic, they tell stories and they are able to deflect anything and turn it around on their victims. They are best at keeping secrets and the best at lying. You also have the ones that will hide these people, pay hush money to keep the dirty secret silent and force people to sign NDA's or risk losing everything.

There in lies the problem. This power and influence over people to keep them from doing anything.

But that's not the end of the story for Jason Michael Handy. In 2009, he was released from jail and moved to North Carolina.

"Sheriff's deputies for Guilford County, N.C., arrested Jason Michael Handy, 40,... on three counts of indecent liberties with a child and two counts of sex offender registry violations, according to a news release. Handy is being held on $1 million bail."

It's been three years since this incident, but the man was able to continue being a sexual predator. He even had to register as a sex offender and no matter what, that didn't stop him.

Oh and just so you know, he worked for Nickelodeon. A kids TV network.
