In part 2 of our series, we finish our discussion with David Weller and Caritas of Austin Volunteer Coordinator Hanna Garner. David is a Tesla employee currently working modified duty at the not-for-profit Caritas of Austin.

David talks about why being assigned to a not-for-profit for his modified duty was beneficial to him, and Hanna explains how utilizing injured workers as volunteers help drive their mission forward.  This is a great example of a win-win experience in Workers' Compensation!
