Complaining isn't just something that people are good at now. It's been around from the beginning and it has become so common that we do it out of habit! We forget where we have truly had it worse and convince ourselves that it was better in the past!

This Sunday we learn that the nation of Israel fits into that mold as well. They left Egypt, redeemed from their oppressors, and then find reasons why their current situation is worse than their slavery in Egypt! And God, through his unending grace, continues to provide all their needs -- just like us!
