So my last podcast was a lot of complaining about engineering, when I was in the industry all of the parties or employee meetups the conversations were all just everyone complaining about the same stuff I was complaining about. At some point I realized that complaining won't make a change, so I stopped complaining and made the change. You have to do the work yourself to get what you want.
