Special guest Ariana Ziminsky is a Certified Trauma Support Specialist and coach. She has spent over three decades healing her body, mind, and spirit from the effects of complex trauma stemming from her own complicated and confusing childhood and now guides and supports others on their individualized healing journey as well. Ariana specializes in taking a body-based approach to healing and works with clients 1:1 as well as in small groups to create the unique healing path suited to each person's needs.
