Don't laugh at the idea of esports performance apparel, there's a real opportunity here. Apparel is most important in sports that operate in fractions of a second. Running, cycling, swimming, even bobsledding all rely heavily on equipment. So do gamers but the focus has always been on the tools to play the game.

Now Complexity and We Are Nations are creating a three-step process to test out prototypes that will use haptic tech to improve sound recognition, keep gamers in good posture and maximize esports performance. I had Complexity CEO Jason Lake on the Esportz Network Podcast a few weeks ago and he talked about how the company is focused on Esports 3.0, a new evolution in how top players think about their bodies.
