After holding positions in engineering and software applications, Art worked for several major software companies in roles related to presales, sales, sales management, and sales enablement, including a stint at a global learning organization. In 2009, Art founded his own company, Team Sales Development, which offers a suite of consultative sales transformation services for global B2B clients.
One notable success was a sales transformation program that Art implemented for a global electronics manufacturing outsourcer, resulting in a 22% increase in bookings and a sixteen-point increase in their win rate over the first two years. Art has been working with this client for twenty years.
Art resides in Pittsburgh, PA, enjoys spending time with his spouse and family, traveling for business and pleasure, working on remodeling projects, and helping family and friends.
