There’s two kinds of compromise. One is when you come to the middle on an issue with someone to get somewhere and that’s often healthy. The other is when you bend on your values, standards, and what’s right to resolve a conflict - internally or externally. That is dangerous!  No compromise, otherwise, you kill the potential for miracles!
