🤩 Meeting 100 strangers for 100 different lunches can be a completely crazy idea but can be definitely worth trying out, especially if you like meeting new people.
🤝 Kaley Chu has already done that and she has also inspired Nick Bendel to do so. He is also on a mission to organise 500 lunches with 500 strangers, out of which he has already met 300 of them.
✈️ Kaley came to Australia as an immigrant few years ago. Unlike others who would love to stay in their own communities, Kaley considered this as a great opportunity to meet new people from different nationalities and become friends with them.
😶 She wasn't comfortable at all in doing that. But she took it as a challenge and came out of her comfort zone. And now Kaley is a confident woman having a large network in Australia. She has also organised a couple of events in Melbourne and Sydney to build a strong brand for her 100 lunches.
🃏I met her in one of those events in Sydney around a month ago, where I also got a card game from her on "Deep Conversations with Strangers". We ended up playing this game when our LMS365 ANZ team recently met face-2-face for the first team to better know about each other beyond our work life.
🎧 Listen to the complete episode on YouTube, Apple iTunes and Spotify. She joined us as the 70th speaker on the Ultimate Global Podcast.
