Serious concern has been raised over traders setting up their stalls on the Diamond in Killybegs and 'selling junk'.
The traders, not believed to be from the town, arrive to the area at weekends and its said to be damaging other nearby businesses.
Cathaoirleach of Donegal County Council and local Cllr Niamh Kennedy has questioned if they are legally allowed to carry out this practice.
She says it's an unfair situation on a number of levels:
