On May 30, 2005, then 18-year old Natalee Holloway disappeared while on a class graduation trip in Aruba. The subsequent two decades have been a never-ending journey of arrests, confessions, retractions, and even another murder. This week, however, long-suspected Joran van der Sloot finally gave a full confession as part of a plea deal around extortion and wirefraud charges.
