The idea of keeping this episode to myself has been tormenting me a bit. I don't usually hesitate to share, but this is one of those episodes that I am most vulnerable and open to everything that has gone on.

Please if you know anyone struggling with depression or maybe you know someone who has just gone silent on their socials and they are not reaching out as much as they used to... check in on them. Don't give up on them. They are dealing with something invisible that only time can fix.
