In this episode, I talk for the first time ever about my relationship with my absent father and how I have grown to empathize with him. This is episode 2 of the confessions series and we are getting deep. It is important that we remember that although we can't choose our parents and family , we do have the responsibility of protecting ourselves! With that being said, sometimes protection calls for a change in dynamic. We all deserve healthy love and relationships where effort is reciprocated.
