In this episode, Blaine talks about his realization that nobody was out there creating opportunities for him so he had to take it upon himself to create his own opportunities. During a meeting with a student, Blaine was called an 'opportunist' and it was in that moment that he realized it was something he wanted to become more of, instead of shying away from the term.
