On today's episode, that's exactly what they try to unravel. Moving on to some statistics Casey brings up two studies supporting each side of the argument before Josh asks about their personal confidence levels. Next the guys' discuss how to spot inauthentic confidence before moving into some solutions which start out by looking at the comparison game and having a support network. To conclude, Josh and Casey finish up their solutions list by discussing words of affirmation, facing your fears, finding your strengths, and goal setting.
