Many of us are very confident about ourselves and our abilities. In this episode I explain why our confience is often an overestimation of our actual skills and that when this happens, we become less aware of not only what we are doing, but the mistakes and inaccuracies we are making as well. I also explain how we often mistake confidence for truth when others seem confident and how this can get us into truble as well.
