We all have challenging experiences in our lives. I believe they come to us to make us into the person we are meant to be for ourselves and for the world. Hello there! Have you ever felt jealous toward someone or a situation? I have many times. Instead of letting that negative feeling put me in a bad mood or let that fester up more frustration I sat with it, and analyzed why I was having those feelings. Sometimes it was just pure envy, and I needed to remove myself from that, but more often than not, I was feeling jealous because my heart was telling me I needed to pursue something that I wasn't. Once I start taking consistent action towards things I once felt jealous about, I wasn't jealous anymore. Hear more of my thoughts in the short podcast episode!
