In this episode, I run through my B's of the week, including the high of launching a podcast and the reality of narrating your days till the end of time as a parent.  I also fumble my way through talking about wanting to get back to a place of childhood confidence based on finding the first portrait of myself that my kid drew years ago.  If we could all be as confident as our children.....what a better life that would be. 

Being a SAHM versus being a working outside the home mom are both hard.  They are very different kinds of hard...and for me...being a SAHM is a lot more difficult for me than being a corporate mom because I'm new at it.  I hold myself to a high standard and right now I don't feel like I'm meeting that.  Don't get me wrong...I am very grateful for the opportunity to be able to stay home with my kids during this season of their lives...but being real....it's HARD.  Mentally hard and hard on my patience.  But like everything else....i'm CONFIDENT that with a little practice I will get this figured out!
