After graduating from Portland State University with her bachelors degree in communications, this Oregon native earned her dream job as Miss Oregon 2018. Taylor Ballard served her year working with her platform Confidence Under Construction. After the crown she has been very busy moving into her new home and preparing to go from Miss to Mrs this August! She loves spending time with her fiancé and two chiweenies, soaking in the sun and hiking in the great Pacific Northwest!
