There is a difference. 

Arrogance is a trait not too many people like besides the arrogant person themself. 
It is presumptuous, pushes people away, and often exposes a person’s lack of dominance anyways.

In this episode, I talk about the confidence of two superstars, Connor McGregor and Bruno Mars. I know, two dudes that the public uses both words to describe.
