Communication is always a hot topic because I think most of us are always trying to be better at it!   One way to improve your confidence around how you communicate is to understand personalities! Not just yours, but even those around you.   In today's episode, we're talking to Janessa Finley again ;) but this time it's about knowing your type on the enneagram and how that can help you communicate better!   (I'm a 2, in case you're wondering--the helper.)   Through learning other personality types years ago, I found out quickly how understanding WHY people say and do the things they do helps IMMENSELY with improving interactions--and as a Virgo, introvert, Perfect Melancholy personality, an enneagram 2, etc. lol, it also helped me learn how to NOT take things personally.   Understanding where people are operating from helps us to recognize that most of the time, people are coming from a place of good intentions (and all of it, good-intentioned or not, is truly a reflection of themselves and never really about us).   I can't wait for you to listen to this one!   P.S. There's a little blooper at the very end of one of the MANY times we were interrupted by my kids. Specifically, you'll hear JJ.
