Hello and welcome back to The Rope Access and Climbing Podcast. Today I’m chatting about being confident but not cocky and what that looks like.
This is a subject I have thought a lot about over the years and have spoke a little bit about on my platform. Yet never really dove into it. Today I tell you a little bit about my story of being labled in the industry and where I have seen it. Being confident is great but it can also be looked at as being cocky. And sometimes, even as you’re just being a ass hole.
I know personally this was never my intent. Sadly people talk about the industry is small.
