after a 5 month break largely due to the inherent difficulties ADHD's affect had on Teddi while trying to simultaneously acclimate to adding a new relationship to her life

Confidently Clueless with Teddi & Jen really gets deep into the nooks & crannies of what it might be for us to express self love. What does it look like? What does it feel like? We talk about creating attainable goals to measure this ambiguous & beautiful self care we seem to be leaning into as single adult women. Hello, I'm Teddi & this is my very 1st Solo Post while I am recounting my experience on Labor Day when I totalled my truck. I ask myself a very difficult question, what does it means to heal, & how best do I serve myself to create a healing space for me? How do you find yourself in a state of healing? Does healing only occur during peaceful relaxation or can we heal also by jumping back into a carefully curated routine?
