Adriane Jones (she/her) is a career exploration guide committed to helping ambitious professionals who feel lost, unfulfilled, or stuck in their careers. With over a decade of experience in learning and development, Adriane has partnered with corporate leaders across various organizations to create award-winning training programs that enhance employees' professional journeys.

Her early career included 11 years at companies like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Nike, and several emerging businesses in Portland,Oregon. Following that, she established and ran her own successful learning and development business for four years, collaborating with well-known brands such as Columbia Sportswear, Hinge, and others in the tech, healthcare, and hospitality industries.

Despite her achievements, Adriane encountered a period of feeling stuck, uninspired, and burnt out. Even with her extensive experience and a bookshelf full of career development books, she struggled to identify her next steps. Rather than rushing into another opportunity, she chose to reconnect with herself and explore what she truly needed in her working life.

Now, Adriane teaches others everything she learned along her journey, empowering them to find clarity and direction in their own careers. Adriane is the host of The Career Breakers Show (on Spotify) and a Career Guide at Pathfinders Career Collective.
