Tips to Handle Conflict at Work

- Create an opportunity to speak to the person face-to-face (if remote, use video)
- Step away from the conversation/conflict and play Devil’s advocate
- Find your voice and stick to it
- Do not be reactive
- Take and provide feedback
- Use "Because of This, I feel That" statements
- Ask for Third Party perspective(s)
- Prepare documentation for HR
