Conflict is inevitable.

It happens on the daily, and as Moms, it’s our job to manage that conflict as powerfully as we can. It’s almost a cosmic joke at times, given how much is on our plate, how sleep-deprived we may be, how much stress we’re under, and yet we’re supposed to be able to find our inner “wooo-saaaa” for the umpteenth time in a day and help to model conflict management strategies for our children.
