There are so many things that happen in our daily lives, and sometimes the only word that fits what we're going through is: "SHOCKING".  From world events to personal relationships, Jesus gives us the road map to conflict resolution.  It's not a question of IF we will experience conflict, but rather, what do we do WHEN it happens.  Listen in and be encouraged.
