It is ok to disagree. Yes, I said it! Conflict resolution allows us all to see someone else's point of view while learning to get over ourselves (Yes, we harken back to this).  Ultimately, we want to gain an understanding that us disagreeing is just that, us disagreeing on this one topic at hand. Let us talk about growth, maturity, and learning how to come to resolutions while maintaining healthy relationships. Disagreeing does not have to lead to dislike and hate.  We may simply disagree and move on!
